Client was found not guilty of DUI at a jury trial. Client’s had a .12 breath test result. At trial defense showed that the breath test result was not reliable based on possible contamination due to mouth alcohol resulting from client’s acid reflux medical condition.

All charges dismissed with an arrest expungment based upon client completing a 13 week Pre-trial Diversion Dismissal program with no new charges

Client found not guilty after a 2 day jury trial based on the defense that he had no intent to not report accident since he parked at the parking lot where he was going which was close to the accident and then went into the building.

Case was reduced to a simple non reportable traffic ticket with a fine, defensive driving class and proof that insurance has paid the other driver’s property damages so that the charge does not go on the client’s criminal or driving record and does not cause license suspension without client having to appear at court.
